No surprise, temperatures are going to be a bit chilly this New Years Eve, so what’s the secret to looking hot from sundown to sunrise on December 31st? I gave it some serious thought and research and came up with 5 tips for your style and beauty radars that will take you from drab to fab as we usher in 2016.
