I’ve been a certified yoga instructor since 2014, with over 11 years of teaching experience. My training spans multiple disciplines, allowing me to guide students through dynamic Vinyasa Flow, traditional 26 & 2 (Bikram) sequences, and strength-infused Sculpt Yoga that incorporates hand weights. Whether you’re looking to build flexibility, improve balance, or boost overall strength, I bring a well-rounded, mindful approach to every class I teach.
