I’ve been a certified yoga instructor since 2014, with over 11 years of teaching experience. My training spans multiple disciplines, allowing me to guide students through dynamic Vinyasa Flow, traditional 26 & 2 (Bikram) sequences, and strength-infused Sculpt Yoga that incorporates hand weights. Whether you’re looking to build flexibility, improve balance, or boost overall strength, I bring a well-rounded, mindful approach to every class I teach.

Vinyasa Flow + Sculpt

This class blends the mindful movement of Vinyasa Flow with the strength-building elements of Sculpt (yoga with light hand weights). Set in a serene indoor/outdoor space with infrared heaters and a beautiful garden view, it’s the perfect way to recharge for the week ahead.
